To help make your first visit to our practice as smooth as possible, please read the information on this web page. You’ll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more. We also describe our first visit procedures. What To Bring

Please bring the names of medications you have taken for your particular condition, which you may have to obtain from your pharmacist or healthcare provider. For example, if you have had recurring infections over the past 6 months, pleased bring the names of medicines you have taken such as antibiotics, steroids, or nasal sprays. Your pharmacist can readily print the list of medicines you have taken. If you had a CAT scan or MRI of the sinus or brain, please bring the report and films as well. If you need assistance, call the office at 201.342.8060.

For thyroid or parathyroid conditions, bring any bloodwork, ultrasound, CAT scan or biopsy results.
